Leighanne Dixon began dancing at the age of 3. Her love for dance grew as she began competitive dancing at age 14. She joined SADC in 2020 and was a company member for 3 seasons, and also helped teach recreational classes Throughout her high school years, Leighanne was a member of the High Point Academy Dance Company. Her choreography skills were recognized when she won a choreography award for her work with the company after graduating.

Leighanne's love for dance is matched by her love for her students. She is excited to help the Mini Company grow and ensure that they have a fun and rewarding experience. Currently, Leighanne is attending TCC, where she is working towards her Associates of Arts degree.

With her passion, experience, and dedication, Leighanne looks forward to inspiring the next generation of dancers.
